Suitable for both suction and delivery (Type PTFE D = delivery). Working pressure up to 16 bar, burst pressure > 64 bar. Temperature range from - 30° up to + 150° Celsius (depending on medium). Steaming out for cleaning and sterilisation permissible up to 150° C, max. 30 min. Meets EN 12115. FDA und USP Class VI conform according EC regulations 1935/2004 and 10/2011.
Rubber Expansion Joint ERV-G LT 80.16
YELLOW BAND LT expansion joints designed for low temperature applications for standard-conform petroleum based products, e.g. diesel, heating oil up to + 90° C, aviation fuels, petroleum up to + 60° C and gasoline up to + 40° C. Temperature (depending on medium) range - 40° C up to + 90° C, temporarily up to + 100° C. Electrically dissipative.
ERV TA:
ERV with white PTFE lining. Used when the chemical resistance of the chosen ERV type is insufficient. Resistant to all commonly used liquids. Electrically isolating, therefore not suitable for flammable liquids in Ex-Zones. Admissible working temperature of expansion joint has to be observed. For maximum pressure of 6 bar – not suitable for vacuum.
